About Us

History

NCC, first known as National Capitol Captioning, was founded by Chris Marquez in May 2002. Its first mission was to provide Realtime Captioning Services to the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

In 2006, NCC officially changed its name to National Capitol Contracting to reflect its expansion into other business areas including A/V integration, IT, and general consulting. Federal agencies are currently NCC’s largest clients, but NCC continues to develop partnerships with various clients in the private sector, including television production companies and financial institutions.
