NCC Provides Logistics and Planning Support for NSF’s EAPSI Program

NCC Provides Logistical Support for Department of Education NAEP Panel Meeting

In January, NCC proudly provided comprehensive logistical support for the Department of Education’s National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) Validity Studies Panel meeting in Washington, DC.Members of our Conference and Peer Review Management (CPRM) team supported the meeting from pre- to post-event.  We were responsible for a variety of functions including site selection, hotel and meeting room arrangements, preparing and sending invitation letters, and arranging teleconferences and prepared meeting materials.  Following the event, we generated a complete summary ... read more »

NCC Supports NSF’s Graduate Research Fellowship Program

In January, NCC was pleased to provide logistical support for the National Science Foundation’s (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP).  Our on-site team at NSF secured meeting spaces in the Foundation’s Arlington headquarters to host a series of review panels over the course of three weeks.After several years of being held off-site, GRFP panel meetings were held at NSF’s headquarters and connected to off-site participants via WebEx.  NCC procured space in six rooms that were utilized by 50 ... read more »

New Conference Center Support Contract with Hines Management

NCC is pleased to announce a new contract with the Hines investment, development, and property management company to provide complete conference center scheduling and audiovisual support for the Constitution Center in Washington, D.C.  NCC’s dedicated staff perform scheduling and coordination of meetings and events, as well as full AV support for the Constitution Center Auditorium and Conference Center.Prior to this contract award, we have gained an intimate knowledge of the Constitution Center, through contracts with two ... read more »

NCC Provides Logistics Support for 2015 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee Meeting

On June 13th and 14th, NCC was pleased to provide on-site logistics support for the first meeting of the 2015 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee (DGAC), at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland.Two Conference and Peer Review Management (CPRM) associates were on site to provide logistical and administrative assistance to over 110 DGAC staff and participants who were in attendance, helping to ensure the proceedings ran seamlessly.In addition to supporting DGAC at the meeting itself, ... read more »

NCC Supports Congressional Medal of Honor Ceremony

On Tuesday, February 12, NCC was proud to support Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) at the Medal of Honor Ceremony in the Pentagon’s Hall of Heroes.  NCC’s Conference and Peer Review Management (CPRM) team facilitated all lighting, backdrop, and staging set up in the auditorium for the event which honored former U.S. Army staff sergeant Clinton Romesha.One day after President Obama placed the Medal of Honor around Sgt.
