On Monday, December 2nd, NCC had the privilege of providing webcasting services for the 2013 David E. On October 16, 2013, NCC was proud to provide on-site captioning support to Washington Headquarters Services in the Pentagon for the prestigious Medal of Honor Ceremony, as former U.S. Army Captain William D.
