Happy New Year from NCC
NCC would like to wish our clients, partners, family, and friends a happy and healthy New Year! We have plenty to look forward to in 2013 as we continue to strengthen our relationships with our current base of respected clients and establish new ones. Additionally, we will continue to be active members in the communities in which we live and work, volunteering our time and money to support the missions of locally-based area non-profit organizations.
We are excited at building upon the success of the last 12 months this year. In 2012 NCC staff grew by 30 percent, enhancing our capabilities and capacity to accommodate a wide range of client requests. And in June, we celebrated 10 years in business with an anniversary event that included many of our clients, vendors, and community partners.
Other highlights were a new National Institutes of Health (NIH) webcasting contract; a court reporting and transcription contract with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO); a conference planning contract with the Department of Education’s (ED) National Center for Education Research (NCSER); several audiovisual projects with NIH and Washington Headquarters Services (WHS); and transcription, video production, webcasting, conference planning, and AV support for numerous clients.
Furthermore, NCC was honored by the U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce (USPAACC) as one of the Fast 50 Asian American Businesses of 2012, and Inc. Magazine ranked NCC among the fastest growing private companies in the U.S.
As a company, we gave over $30,000 to non-profit organizations including Hero Dogs, Inc.; the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC); Greyhound Rescue, Inc.; the Hearing Loss Association of America’s (HLAA) Walk4Hearing; and the Children’s Inn at the National Institutes of Health.
We are grateful to our clients, vendors, and partners for helping to make 2012 a great year for us here at NCC, and we look forward to delivering a GOOD future in 2013 and beyond.
Happy New Year!
