Lorene Eberhardt, Vice President of Operations
It is with great pleasure that NCC announces the promotion of Lorene Eberhardt to Vice President of Operations. Lorene was hired in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant/Scheduler. Because of her hard work ethic, natural business acumen, commitment to stewardship, and impeccable ethics, she was quickly promoted to Caption Manager, Operations Manager, and, most recently, Director of Operations. Over the past six years, Lorene has been instrumental in the continued strength and growth of our company. During her time here, NCC has grown from 4 to more than 40 employees, and has increased annual revenue from $400,000 to $6.0M. Some selected highlights of her achievements include:
- Built lasting relationships with government and commercial clients
- Led logistics efforts for NCC’s first conference contracts and wrote winning proposals for additional contracts
- Acted as AV Project Manager from 2008 – 2010
- Oversaw design and marketing efforts to update website and expand NCC brand
In her capacity as VP of Operations, Lorene will collaborate with division managers and directors to identify and implement changes in operations necessary to support our continued growth while simultaneously improving quality, employee job satisfaction, productivity and customer service. We look forward to her continued contributions at NCC for many years to come!
