Multimedia and Language & Text Support for CFPB’s CBAC Meeting
On September 30th, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) was in need of a diverse range of production services for its Community Bank Advisory Council (CBAC) Orientation and Meeting, to accommodate its panel discussion and individual breakout sessions. NCC was up to the task, as our team of knowledgeable and experienced Multimedia and Language & Text associates were on hand at CFPB Headquarters in Washington, DC to support the all-day event.
All CBAC meeting participants seated at the U-shaped panel utilized easy-to-use push-to-talk mics. We bridged in remote participants over the phone and set up several clearly visible displays for all attendees to follow presentations. Our skilled multimedia production experts also produced a multi-camera HD video shoot, integrating numerous microphones. In addition to the AV setup and support, our team staged the event using pipe and drape plus high-quality stage lighting.
Apart from the multi-faceted AV solutions provided, our on-site transcription experts recorded audio of the meeting including breakout sessions held in different rooms, and took thorough notes in order to generate accurate verbatim transcripts of record to submit to the client shortly after the event.
The CBAC advises the CFPB on the regulation of consumer financial products and services from the perspective of community banks. They share information and analysis, and give policy recommendations to the Bureau.
We are pleased to build on a successful history of service for CFPB which includes Multimedia Production and Language & Text support for the ROADS (Reach Outcomes. Achieve Dreams. Succeed) event this summer, Unified Communications and Multimedia Production support for numerous meetings in the fall of 2014, and webcasting for the Bureau’s Consumer Board meeting last winter.
We are glad CFPB chose NCC as its trusted provider of AV, video production, staging, and on-site transcription for the CBAC Orientation and Meeting. We are proud to continue making communication and collaboration happen® for this significant organization’s staff and meeting participants.
