NCC Celebrates Ten Years in Business

Last month, NCC’s customers, partners, and employees took a moment out of busy June schedules to celebrate NCC’s 10th anniversary at a special event in the Carnegie Library’s Literary Hall in Washington, D.C.  Guests enjoyed delicious food (including a sushi bar!) and friendly company, and were given the chance to learn all about NCC, our services, select partners and vendors, and the community organizations that we support.  Check out some highlights below:

Each of NCC’s three service divisions prepared an exhibit along with special demonstrations and useful souvenirs.  Our Audiovisual and Technology Solutions Division demonstrated NCC’s webcasting services, while one of the Multimedia Solutions Division’s top stenographers showcased our real-time captioning and LiveWrite technology.  And of course, the Conference and Peer Review Management Team showed off their skill at event planning by coordinating every logistical aspect of the event!

Long-time NCC partner Rose Li & Associates was also on hand to present their science writing and management services.

Charitable organizations Walk4Hearing, Arlington Food Assistance Center, Greyhound Rescue, and Hero Dogs exhibited — the latter two along with some canine friends!Puppy sitting atop table

Raffle prizes were drawn, including movie tickets, restaurant gift certificates, and the grand prize: a Kindle Fire!

CEO Chris Marquez spoke about NCC’s commitment to delivering a GOOD future through “a strong sense of ethics, a sense of responsibility for the welfare of other people, and a meaningful connection to our community.”

We at NCC are excited to have reached this milestone, and are grateful for the support and talent of our friends and partners who have made our tenth anniversary possible.  Here’s to our next ten years of extraordinary service and dedication; we’re ready to deliver a GOOD future as we create better experiences for all our community members.
