We are proud to announce that NCC has achieved the ISO 9001:2008 quality management certification for our operations including: the management of professional services contracts; design, implementation and maintenance of audiovisual (AV) and technology solutions; multimedia and event production and distribution; and language and text solutions.

ISO 9001 is a quality management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization, a global network of national standards bodies from 165 member countries.  The ISO 9001:2008 standard is utilized to certify quality management systems that focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and the active involvement of both management and employees in a process-based approach.

The achievement of this certification is the culmination of more than 14 years of service, and reinforces our already-strong commitment to our customers, extending from our President and CEO Chris Marquez to every member of the NCC team.  “Our ISO certification gives our customers confidence that quality control is an integral part of everything we do every time we do it,” said  Marquez.
