NCC Provides Multimedia Event Production Support to HHS/OSDBU Outreach Workshop
On Wednesday, August 7th, NCC was pleased to provide multimedia event production services to the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization’s (OSDBU) outreach workshop with Minority Institutes of Higher Education (MIHE). Two Multimedia and Production Solutions associates were on-site in HHS headquarters, in Washington, D.C., to provide both webcasting and videography support for the event, which was available exclusively via a live web stream.
The workshop was aimed at helping MIHE increase their familiarity with the processes and procedures pertaining to federal government contracting, and to identify contract opportunities with HHS. The topics covered in the online sessions included an overview of the federal market/procurement process, tips on marketing to the Department of Health and Human Services, proposal development, and an overview of contract compliance.
The live webcast was available for free viewing to registered participants, as is an archived version, ensuring individuals representing MIHE will have ample opportunity to learn more about doing business with HHS.
As a minority-owned business, NCC was privileged to recently participate in an NIH/HHS Small Business Open House; and we have provided conference support, webcasting, videography, and captioning services to several HHS/OSDBU “Getting Back 2 Business” events. We were happy to facilitate the outreach efforts of HHS/OSDBU to the MIHE community and do our part to create a better experience for workshop participants.
