NCC Provides NIAID with AV Installation in Short Turnaround

In August, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) was in need of a rear projector for a critical meeting which included NIAID Director Anthony Fauci.  With the meeting scheduled to take place just five days after the request was made, NCC’s Audiovisual and Technology Solutions (AVTS) team stepped up to procure and install the high-resolution projector in the conference room in NIAID’s Building 40 at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

By utilizing our past experience working with NIAID and familiarity with the conference room, we were able to immediately identify the appropriate projector and source it from the manufacturer.  Our team installed and tested the projector just one day prior to the meeting, ensuring its successful operation when the participants were gathered in the room.

NIAID was happy with our efficient and high level of service, as one staff member thanked us for doing an “amazing job on very short notice,” adding that “everyone was impressed with (NCC’s AVTS team member) and the projector.”

NCC is pleased that our resourceful and timely service created a better experience for Director Fauci, NIAID staff, and other meeting participants.  We look forward to providing NIAID, and the rest of our diverse client base, with the highest quality of AV support for years to come.
