NCC Supports NIH and DoD with Audiovisual Upgrades
This fall, NCC was pleased to support three respected clients with important audiovisual technology upgrades. Our Audiovisual and Technology Solutions (AVTS) team performed these upgrades to conference rooms at the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) National Library of Medicine (NLM) and the Department of Defense’s (DoD) Army Airlift Command and Reserve Forces Policy Board (RFPB).
Our AVTS team installed energy-efficient flat screen monitors and updated video teleconferencing (VTC) equipment in multiple conference rooms to guarantee clear communication with diverse and remote participants. Project work also involved transporting and assembling sizeable, sturdy conference tables to accommodate large groups of meeting attendees. At the Army Airlift Command’s conference rooms, we set up cabling to run discreetly under the carpet, making for a safe configuration and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
NCC has been privileged to provide NIH with AV support as well as webcasting, captioning, verbatim transcription, and video production services since 2002; we have consistently provided the DoD with high-quality multimedia and audiovisual services since 2006. NCC is proud to create a better conference room experience for staff, meeting participants and visitors at the NLM, Army Airlift Command, and the RFPB.
