New AV Design and Integration Contract with WHS/EITSD

VTC

NCC is pleased to announce a new audiovisual design and integration contract with the Washington Headquarters Services’ (WHS) Enterprise Information Technology Services Directorate (EITSD).

Our Audiovisual and Technology Solutions (AVTS) team will remove older AV and video teleconference (VTC) equipment and install state-of-the-art user-friendly technology, providing services for EITSD’s Leadership Conference Room and adjacent control room in the Pentagon.  We will upgrade and streamline EITSD’s AV capabilities to enable digital connectivity and high definition video teleconferencing.  Additionally, we will perform upgrades to the Directorate’s projection and microphone systems, as well as its secure/unsecure network switching capabilities.  Our efficient installation will facilitate accessible system control and operation, and ensure clear, highly intelligible speech from remote VTC participants.

Since 2006, NCC has proudly supported WHS, and we have earned the organization’s trust with our dedication to providing first-rate AV integration, installation, and maintenance for more than 15 rooms within the Pentagon Conference Center and several projects within the National Capital Region.  Furthermore, our Conference and Peer Review Management Services (CPRM) team has provided event support for numerous WHS functions, including the Congressional Medal of Honor Ceremony in February and the Vietnam War 50th Anniversary Memorial Service in May 2012.

NCC is excited at the opportunity to build on its longstanding relationship with WHS, as we continue to strive to create a better experience for our clients and deliver a GOOD future.
