New AV Integration Services Contract with NIAID

Meeting room with projector

The research performed at NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) has led to new therapies, vaccines, diagnostic tests, and other technologies that have improved the health of millions of people in the United States and around the world.  NCC is pleased to announce a new contract with NIAID to provide audiovisual integration services and upgrades in a conference room where these medical advancements are being discussed and strategized by leading health care professionals.

Under the contract, which began in April, our Audiovisual and Technology Solutions (AVTS) team will be responsible for on-call and scheduled maintenance for the AV system in one NIAID conference room in Building 4 on NIH’s campus.  We will provide telephone support, on-site repair and replacement of parts, and software updates to guarantee optimal system functioning.

NCC has gained an intimate familiarity with NIAID in recent years.  In late 2012, we made several critical AV upgrades and installations in three conference rooms.  And in August of 2013, our AVTS team procured and installed a rear projector in a short turnaround for use in an important meeting featuring NIAID Director Anthony Fauci.

We are glad to continually deliver reliable AV support to NIAID, as part of the range of services we’ve provided to numerous organizations within NIH since our inception in 2002.  Additionally, we are proud to create a better experience for NIAID conference participants as the Institute dedicatedly furthers the development of critical medical treatments.
