New HHS-OSDBU Webcasting Contract

webcast

NCC is proud to announce a new webcasting contract with the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU).  We will facilitate webcasts for a variety of meetings and conferences over the course of this contract.  Our Multimedia Solutions team builds registration websites and will be on site to perform all webcasting functions and provide customer support at HHS-OSDBU events including vendor outreach programs and training sessions, as well as internal training programs.

Our high quality webcasting services enable our customers to reach a wide audience, save on travel costs, and provide a user-friendly method for remote participants to experience meetings and conferences.  The webcast interface we offer is well-suited for events that feature slides and PowerPoint presentations, as those elements are displayed in a clear, separate window from the speaker video and can be downloaded by viewers.  Powerful servers allow more than 15,000 viewers to view live events simultaneously or on demand in archive form, and all events are close captioned both live and in post to ensure that HHS-OSDBU will be compliant with Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act.

NCC is delighted to build on the success of our past webcasting projects, which include numerous National Institutes of Health events since 2009.  We are pleased to expand our range of services to our longtime client HHS, which includes verbatim transcription of conferences and logistics and technical support for HHS-OSDBU community outreach events.

As a small business, NCC stands behind HHS-OSDBU’s commitment to assisting small and disadvantaged businesses in their pursuit of health and human services related contracts, and we look forward to creating a better experience for future webcast viewers.
