National Institutes of Health (NIH) IT Helpdesk Support
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) campus is the world’s largest medical research agency, made up of 27 different Institutes and Centers, supported in its information technology needs by the NIH Center for Information Technology (CIT). As a member of the SRA International team under a contract supporting the CIT Division of Customer Support, NCC provides client-site Tier 1 service desk support personnel who provide direct technical assistance to the NIH user community by telephone, email and the web. The NIH IT Service Desk provides customer service support via the telephone and website to the community 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The NIH IT Service Desk team triages and works with customers to resolve all end-user IT support requests from the NIH community, supporting commercial off-the shelf (COTS) software, other software packages, mobile devices and other services. NCC team members provide excellent customer service while resolving technical issues for NIH users.
