New Program and Policy Analysis Contract with MCRMC
NCC is pleased to announce a new contract, commencing this week, with the Military Compensation and Retirement Modernization Commission (MCRMC) to perform program and policy analysis.
We will provide MCRMC with professional analytical support, principally in the realm of military health care and the broad range of benefits and services provided by both the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Our analyses will aid military members, prior service members, members of the Coast Guard and Public Health Service, and their spouses and dependents.
The commission, which was instituted following the FY13 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), reviews all military compensation, benefits and retirement. The reforms set forth by the MCRMC aim to ensure long-term viability of the All-Volunteer Force, as well as the quality of life for members of the Armed Forces and other uniformed services and their families.
NCC has vast experience in providing our full range of services to health-related organizations like the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and several agencies within the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Furthermore, for the past seven years we have supported military organizations with a broad range of technology and professional service contracts within the Washington Headquarters Service; event support for the Pentagon’s Spirit of Service Ceremony in May of 2012 and the Congressional Medal of Honor Ceremony in February of this year; and partnering with non-profit organizations like Hero Dogs, Inc to support wounded veterans.
