New State Department Audiovisual Contract

AV conference room

NCC is pleased to announce a new Audiovisual and Technology Services (AVTS) contract with the United States Department of State (DoS), in which we will be making AV upgrades to the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation’s (ISN) main conference room in its Washington, DC headquarters.

The AVTS team will install two energy-efficient HD flat screen displays as well as two wall-mounted shelves to house cameras for video teleconferencing (VTC).  We will furnish two display-mounted speakers and an audio relay switch to ensure clear, intelligible speech from remote VTC participants and simplify system control and operation.  Additionally, we will repurpose a large quantity of ISN’s existing AV equipment, enabling the organization to live within its budget requirements.

NCC welcomes the opportunity to provide the same level of high-quality, dedicated support to DoS that have made us trusted service providers to numerous government clients, including DoD’s Washington Headquarters Service, National Institutes of Health, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

We have been privileged to support DoS in various capacities since 2008.  For the last two years, our Multimedia Solutions team has delivered verbatim transcripts of Jefferson Science Fellows events at the DoS, and we are grateful for new opportunities to expand the scope of our services for this significant government organization.

NCC is proud to include the DoS in our growing roster of respected clients, and we look forward to delivering a better overall experience for its staff members and meeting participants.
