New Web Meeting and Webcasting Contract with HHS/OSDBU

NCC is pleased to announce a new web meeting and webcasting support contract with the Department of Health and Human Services/Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization (HHS/OSDBU).

We are eager to commence our latest contract with HHS/OSDBU, an organization we have supported for several years in both multimedia and logistical/technical arenas.  In the last year alone, we have webcast events including a Minority Institutions of Higher Education workshop, a “Getting Back 2 Business” event in Norfolk, and the “ChallengeHER: Opportunities for Women in Federal Contracting” conference in Atlanta.  Our webcasts have enabled remote users to participate by viewing a live stream, as well in an archived format which is made available at the conclusion of each event we support.

In addition, our Conference and Peer Review Management (CPRM) team provided full on-site logistical and technical support for two “Getting Back 2 Business Events” in 2012.  And for the past two years, we have showcased each of our divisions of service by exhibiting at OSDBU’s Annual Government Procurement Conference.

The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) was created as part of the Small Business Act, which was signed in 1953.  HHS/OSDBU “encourages and assists the participation of all small businesses in HHS contracts,” and hosts Vendor Outreach Sessions to “educate vendors on the small business program and to provide information” about successfully marketing products and services to HHS.

We are excited to expand our relationship with HHS/OSDBU, as we continue to create a better experience for this important organization by providing consistent, dependable webcasting and video support.
