Welcome Kellan Hetrick
As we enter the second half of 2011, we continue to make the investments in the resources and technology necessary to provide our clients with the high quality of service they have come to expect. We are able to create and sustain growth because of the creative and motivated individuals on our team who are committed to meeting our clients’ goals.
Within a few months in early 2011, our AV & Technology Solutions Division doubled in size upon the award of recent contracts, worth over $4M over the next five years. NCC is prepared to manage more clients and a larger staff as well as serve our existing clients more efficiently thanks to one of the newest members of our team, Kellan Hetrick, our new Audiovisual Project Coordinator.
Kellan is a Richmond, Virginia native, with over five years of experience as a Membership Database services manager of a large industry association where he performed quality checks of over 150,000 records, produced detailed reporting, and oversaw approximately 6,000 company memberships. His attention to detail, quality service focus, and ability to manage time, staff, and resources effectively will be critical to the success of our audiovisual division as it expands.
Among a variety of responsibilities, Kellan will be an integral part of maintaining our service history of uninterrupted responsiveness. He will be the main point of contact for customers requesting maintenance and a direct liaison between our vendors and clients as he prepares individualized price packages to meet the project specifications. Kellan’s duties will also include facility walkthroughs, supply ordering, and client meetings.
In the short time Kellan has been at NCC he has already launched our new audiovisual maintenance contract with the Social Security Administration, participated in InfoComm training, and streamlined our scheduling system to ensure we meet our project deadlines. We look forward to his continued contributions to the AV team and to our company.
