AV Support to FDIC Under Contract with Computer Sciences Corp.
Every reputable banking institution is a member of the FDIC, as the voice at the end of each radio or television ad will remind us. And now NCC is proud to welcome the FDIC as a member of our client community. For a government agency with as much responsibility as the FDIC, clear channels of communication among its national offices is essential. NCC, under a contract awarded in March by the Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), is pleased to facilitate that communication by providing reliable, extensive AV support.
We are happy to partner with CSC to support the video teleconferencing operations for the FDIC. Our Audiovisual and Technology Solutions (AVTS) team will be responsible for operation, maintenance, control, and management of the FDIC’s four headquarters in the National Capital Region and its 10 satellite, area, and regional offices in the U.S. In addition, NCC will be tasked with providing scheduling for AV and web conferences, technical support, and recording services for AV conferences. We will also provide VTC device installation and configuration support.
We are excited to work with CSC, a globally renowned leader in technology-enabled solutions and services. CSC, headquartered down the road in Falls Church, VA, provides IT and professional services to a range of industries in the U.S. federal government as well as businesses worldwide.
Prior to beginning this contract, NCC has gained an intimate familiarity with the financial sector, as we provide a full range of VTC support for the Federal Trade Commission, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of the Treasury’s Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and other agencies.
We are proud to join CSC in delivering a GOOD future by creating a better experience for FDIC staff and meeting participants who rely on critical video teleconferencing technology for the smooth operation of conferences, meetings, and other significant events.
